REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Monthly Subscriptions

All subscription plans (Instant Replies, Smart Booking, Full Autopilot) are billed monthly with no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time.

Upon cancellation, your Services remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a paid period.

Example: If your billing date is the 15th and you cancel on the 22nd, your system stays active until the 15th of the following month. You will not be charged again.

2. Setup Fees

Setup fees are one-time, non-refundable payments that cover the time and resources to build, configure, test, and launch your system.

You review and approve everything before it goes live. We do not launch without your approval. If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon setup, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a credit toward future services.

3. Website Design & Hosting

Website design fees are one-time and non-refundable once work has begun.

Website hosting ($50/month) follows the same rules as monthly subscriptions: cancel anytime, active until the end of your billing period, no partial refunds.

Upon cancellation of hosting, you will receive an export of your content (text, images, files) within 30 days of your request. The website design and code remain the property of GetAdvantage unless a separate transfer agreement is arranged.

4. One-Time Payments

One-time payments for custom services or additional features are non-refundable once the work has been delivered and approved.

If there is a dispute about the quality or scope of delivered work, contact us and we will work with you in good faith to reach a resolution.

5. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription in two ways:

Through your client dashboard — log in at GetAdvantage.agency, go to your dashboard, and click "Manage Subscription." You can cancel directly through the billing portal.

By email — send a cancellation request to hello@GetAdvantage.agency with your name, business name, and which service(s) you wish to cancel. We will confirm within one business day.
